Experience shouldn’t disappear. It should lead.

Insurance loses its most capable women quietly, and mostly at the same point: five to fourteen years in, right when experience should be turning into authority. It isn't a shortage of talent. Women across underwriting, broking, claims, actuarial, technology, and distribution already have the skills the industry needs. What's missing is the infrastructure that converts that experience into visibility, sponsorship, and a seat at the table. WiiN is that infrastructure.
